Method: research, analysis, advice and interventions

In order to achieve agile organizations with agile employees, we use a four-step approach. In doing so, we always tailor the implementation to the needs and strategic goals of the organization.

1. Research

Inventory of the current and desired agility and strategy, review existing plans and actions taken, and collect relevant HR metrics. We measure both hard and soft KPI’s and process them in an HR scorecard; an agility profile of the organization.

 

2. Analysis

Interpreting striking results and translating the research data into new insights. We also make a GAP analysis, with which we map the difference between the current and desired manoeuvrability.

 

3. Advice

Proposal for interventions with which the organization can increase its agility and bring it into balance with the strategy. Based on hard figures and concrete business cases.

4. Interventions

Think of workshops, training, team sessions, coaching individual employees and executive coaching. But also, for example, adjusting HR processes or supervising reintegration processes and dismissal procedures. On a project basis or in the form of interim management.
