Rikkie Dautzenberg is management consultant. She advises (middle) management and program managers in drawing up a change management approach. People-oriented organizational development involves giving direction to the goal, offering space for personal growth and leading the change. A fixed part is creating space for the ideas of employees and stakeholders. After all, the process of change is at least as important as the result. When giving advice she makes optimal use of mechanisms from work and organizational psychologyand her experiences from the HR profession and program management.
